Refund Policy – 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 120 days of the date your order was delivered, even if the pouches have been opened or used. You do not need to send the product back.

How to request a refund:
1. Open a support ticket within 120 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.
3. We will confirm your refund by email.

What is refunded:
- The price you paid for the product(s), minus any discounts applied.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Free bonus items (for example the free pouch in a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" bundle) are not refunded separately.

The guarantee applies once per customer and only to orders placed directly on supracalm.shop.

Subscriptions: The 120-day guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. Renewal charges processed before you canceled are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
